Prayer Shawl Ministry
The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets for knitting/crocheting and fellowship on the 1st and 3rd Thursday each month at 9:30am in room 105.
We make Baptismal blankets, shawls, lapghans and prayer pockets for anyone who needs prayer and a reminder that others are praying for them. When complete, each item is blessed by Father Jerry. Our prayers ask God to help renew the body as well as the Spirit.
**Special note: We are looking to start a Prayer Shawl Ministry in the evening or Saturday or Sunday afternoon for people who are unable to attend during the day. We welcome adults and students of any age, and any level. WE are also willing to teach both knitting and crocheting.
