Pastoral Leadership Team

Mission:

Through the communion of love, the celebration of the holy mysteries, praise, and

thanksgiving, The Catholic Church of the Nativity's Pastoral Leadership Team is called

to serve our parish, priest, and make disciples.

Purpose:

The Pastoral Leadership Team is a group of parishioners who will be an extensive

resource to our priest, fellow ministries, and church. We are Catholics who are here to

help our priest shepherd his flock by studying, reflecting, and recommending.

Values:

• Love God above all things and love others as ourselves
• Lead with understanding, empathy, and efficiency
• Model our efforts and work as Jesus Christ would
• Embrace patience and guidance through the Holy Spirit
• Direct our time, energy, and love for the greater glory of God
