NELC Tuition Info

 

Annual Registration Fee: $80

 

• This fee is a non-refundable fee paid per child and is due with a completed registration form .
• This fee is required in order to place your child on our waiting list for the current school year.

 

Security deposit: $225

 

• This fee is per child and payable by May 1, 2026.
• If tuition is paid on time for the 26-27 school year, this deposit will be applied to May 2027’s tuition payment.
• A written notice of withdrawal is due one month in advance and this deposit can be applied for the last month of attendance.

 

Tuition: $2025 for the year ($225 monthly)

 

• Tuition is per child.
• Tuition is a set, yearly fee and does not fluctuate due to absences, months with 5 weeks, holidays, vacations, snow days, etc.
• Tuition maybe paid in monthly installments ($225 per month).
• If you choose to do monthly installments, tuition is due on the first of each month; an invoice will be sent via Brightwheel.
• A $20.00 late fee will be added if tuition is paid after the 5th of the month without prior approval by the Directors.
• If tuition is not received within 30 days beyond the due date, your child will no longer be able to attend NELC.
• A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

 

Supply Fee: $65

 

• This fee is per child and is payable by May 1 , 2026.
• This fee is non-refundable.

 

Late Pick-Up: $1.00 per minute

 

• After 2:10 p.m. a late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.
• Adult will sign a Late Pick-Up form stating that he/she is aware of today’s late pick-up and agreeing to pay the late fee.
• The late fee is due by the next school day.

 

Forms of Payment:

 

• Brightwheel (preferred)
• Cash or check make payable to COTN and write NELC in memo.
• Put payments in the blue NELC lock box located outside classroom 111.

  Registration and supply fees will not be refunded or pro-rated.
